metapeel is free. The support page accepts optional one-time contributions only; it does not sell a product, license, subscription, or access to additional features.
1. Nature of a Contribution
A contribution is a voluntary way to support the continued development and hosting of metapeel. It is not required to use the tool and does not provide a product, service level, license, premium feature, or recurring membership.
2. Voluntary Cryptocurrency Contributions
Support contributions on metapeel are voluntary peer-to-peer cryptocurrency transfers (such as USDT on TRC-20, or USDT/USDC on BSC or ERC-20) sent directly to the developer's public wallet address. metapeel does not use credit card gateways, subscriptions, or merchant payment processors.
3. Blockchain Transactions & Inquiries
By nature of public blockchain networks, cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. However, if a contribution was sent in error or duplicated by mistake, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days with the transaction hash (TxID), sending network, and your return wallet address. We will verify the transaction on the block explorer and assist you in good faith.
