metapeel is free. The support page accepts optional one-time contributions only; it does not sell a product, license, subscription, or access to additional features.
1. Nature of a Contribution
A contribution is a voluntary way to support the continued development and hosting of metapeel. It is not required to use the tool and does not provide a product, service level, license, premium feature, or recurring membership.
2. Refund Requests
If a contribution was duplicated, made in error, or charged incorrectly, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days. Include enough information to identify the transaction. Eligible refunds are returned through the original payment method.
3. Payment Provider
Contributions are handled by an external payment provider. Its own processing times and policies may affect when an approved refund appears on your statement.
